Yes. Run bookings on a custom domain like bookplay.youracademy.in, and send confirmations from your own email sender via SMTP, AWS SES or Resend.

Most academies are live within 1–2 days. We help you connect your domain, gateway, and email, and import your courts and rate cards.

No. Connect your own payment gateway (Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe), take UPI straight to your own account, or collect at the venue — and keep 100% of what you’re paid. We do not take a percentage of bookings.

No limits. Add unlimited venues, courts, slots, bookings and staff users. One flat price covers everything.

Cancel any time from your console. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for and then stops renewing. You can export bookings, transactions, coaching and attendance as CSV whenever you like.

Yes. Every academy starts with a 30-day free trial with every live module available. Set up your venues, take real bookings, and decide after.

We email you 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before it ends. Pick the monthly or annual plan to carry on. If you don’t, the owner console pauses after a 3-day grace period until you choose a plan.

Monthly is ₹1,000 + GST a month. Annual is ₹10,000 + GST a year, ₹2,000 less than twelve monthly payments. Both include exactly the same features. To switch, cancel your current plan — it runs to the end of the paid period — then choose the other one.

BookPlay plans are priced before GST; 18% GST is added on top, and every payment shows in your billing history. For your Players, BookPlay generates invoices with your GSTIN and receipts for every payment, with GST added on top, included in the price, or off — your choice per price.

No. Coaching, attendance, assessment, events and tournaments, CRM, lead management, engagement, the AI agent and the website builder are all included in your plan. Switch modules on as you need them.

Razorpay, Cashfree and PhonePe for online payments, a UPI QR that pays into your own UPI ID, and pay at venue. Staff can also record cash, card, UPI and bank transfers at the counter. You can offer different options at each venue.

No. Messages go out through your own accounts — WhatsApp Business via Meta’s Cloud API, SMS via MSG91 or Plivo — and the provider bills you directly at its rates. Until you’ve connected yours, BookPlay’s sender covers you as a stop-gap during setup.

No. Players book on your booking site in any browser, and can add it to their home screen to open it like an app. Your own Android and iOS apps are on our roadmap.

Yes. Parents add their children to one account, enrol them in coaching, and see their attendance and published assessments.

Yes. Add staff as managers, approvers, sales, coaches or support, and limit them to particular venues and sports. Coaches see only the programmes they coach, and support staff see only the WhatsApp inbox.

Yes. Bulk upload coaches and coaching programmes from CSV, import students into batches, and import leads into the LMS.
