Create your academy
Sign in with your phone number and tell us your name, your academy’s name and its website.
- Your 30-day free trial starts straight away — no payment needed
- Every live module is available during the trial
- Add your team as managers, approvers, sales, coaches or support

Set up venues & prices
Add each venue and its courts, then decide when and how Players can book. We help you set up venues, courts, slots and rate cards.
- Courts, sports and opening hours for every venue
- Slot length, how far ahead Players can book, and minimum notice
- A rate card with day-of-week, holiday and one-off date prices
- Optional booking limits and “Verified members only” approvals

Connect your accounts
Bookings run on your domain and money goes to your account. Connect what you use; skip what you don’t.
- Your booking domain, like book.youracademy.in — we show the DNS records to add
- Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe, a UPI ID, or pay at venue
- Your email sender: SMTP, AWS SES or Resend
- SMS through MSG91 or Plivo, and WhatsApp through Meta’s own sign-up flow

Switch on the modules you need
Booking and Payments are on from day one. Turn on the rest from the module manager whenever you’re ready.

Share your link and take bookings
Send Players your booking link. They book, pay you directly, and come back.

What you’ll need
A phone number
To sign in. That’s all you need to start your trial.
A domain for bookings
Any domain or subdomain you own, like book.youracademy.in. You add a couple of DNS records.
A way to get paid
A Razorpay, Cashfree or PhonePe account, a UPI ID — or simply collect at the venue.
Messaging accounts (optional)
Your own email sender, SMS and WhatsApp Business accounts. BookPlay’s sender covers you during setup.
